As Réplicas is a Brazilian manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The São Paulo-based company started producing automobiles and kit cars in 1992 . The brand name is As Réplicas .

The first model to appear was the replica of the Porsche 550 . Initially a chassis from Volkswagen do Brasil formed the basis and later a separate tubular frame. An open body is mounted on it. The vehicles are driven by an air-cooled four - cylinder boxer engine .

In 2003 a replica of the Porsche 718 added to the range. Technically, it does not differ from the other model.

Replicas of other models such as the Alfa Romeo Tipo 33 were also made .
