Radical was a Brazilian car brand.

Brand history

A company from the state of Rio Grande do Norte started manufacturing automobiles in 1980 . Luís Ricardo Mello, who previously produced the Litoral , was involved. The brand name was Radical . Production ended in the same year.

The only model was a VW buggy . An open, doorless four-seater body made of fiberglass was mounted on a chassis from Volkswagen do Brasil . There was a roll-over device behind the front seats . An air-cooled four - cylinder boxer engine in the rear drove the rear wheels.
