Jarama was a Brazilian car brand.

Brand history

A company from Rio de Janeiro started producing automobiles in the mid-1970s. The brand name was Jarama . Production ended in the early 1980s.

VW buggies were on offer . An open body made of fiberglass was mounted on a chassis from Volkswagen do Brasil . An air-cooled four - cylinder boxer engine in the rear drove the rear wheels. Square headlights were integrated into the front of the vehicle.
