The company from Rio de Janeiro started producing automobiles in 1985. The brand name was Canyon . Production ended in 1988.

The first model was a VW buggy . The chassis of the VW Beetle formed the basis . An open plastic body was mounted on top.

In 1987 the Jeep Canyon II was announced. It is unclear whether this model went into series production.
