MX was a Brazilian car brand.

Brand history

A company from Fortaleza headed by Manuel Xavier began producing automobiles in the mid-1980s. The brand name was MX . The main sales market was Pernambuco . Production ended in the early 1990s.

VW buggies were on offer . An open, doorless body made of fiberglass was mounted on a tubular frame . There was a roll-over device behind the front seats . The first version was inspired by the baby from Beach Buggies e Lanchas . Square headlights were integrated into the front of the vehicle. The 1990 Super combined design elements of the Fyber with the dimensions of the Selvagem .
