Comércio e Indústria de Veículos Fibravan Ltda. is a Brazilian manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company was founded in 1989 in Fortaleza . With the acquisition of a model from Ego Veículos , the production of automobiles began. The brand name is Fibravan . Around 2005 around 250 complete vehicles and kit cars were built annually .

For 2005 the models Pronto , Reindustrializado and Cru have been handed down. They had engines from Volkswagen do Brasil with a capacity of 1600 cc and 65 hp .

The Plus is the oldest model. It is based on a tubular frame. The vehicles are powered by an air-cooled four - cylinder boxer engine from VW. The model is also available as a kit car.

The Vip presented in 2007 is more modern. It has a water-cooled engine from VW with 1800 cc displacement in the rear. The curved windshield is striking .
