Pmc Automoveis Ltda. was a Brazilian manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The German engineer Ingo Poth founded the company in Recife on May 20, 1997 . From the mid-2000s onwards, he manufactured automobiles . The brand name was PMC , short for Poth Motor Company .

After leaving the business, Poth moved to the USA and founded Alloycars in Fort Lauderdale .

vehicles

The company made replicas of the AC Cobra . The open two-door body was made of aluminum . A V8 engine powered the vehicles. Around twelve of these vehicles were built each year.

In 2006 the Predator project was announced. Tubular frame, independent suspension, closed two-door body made of plastic and mid-engine were its details. An Audi V8 engine with a displacement of 4200 cc and 426  hp was also planned, as was a more powerful engine with 750 hp. Although twelve vehicles of this model were to be produced annually, it remained a prototype .
