Company history

The company was founded in São Paulo in 1982 . The production of automobiles and kit cars began. The brand name is Fer Car Buggy , protected since June 23, 2003. The spellings Fer Car , Fer-Car , Fercar and FerCar have also survived.

The company's website has not been accessible since December 2018.

VW buggies are on offer . They are based on chassis from Volkswagen do Brasil with a rear engine , the VW Brasília being specifically named. A version with a targa roof was Uggy called. The Baja was a VW Beetle with different fenders , but is no longer available. For 2005 the Fer Car models , the more modern Naja One and the Sumaya presented in 2003 have been handed down. In 2016 the offer consisted of Sumaya , Veneno and Naja One .
