A former employee of CBP Indústria, Comércio e Exportação founded the company in São Paulo . In the 1980s, the production of automobiles and kit cars began . The brand name is Kremer , according to some sources also Kremer Design .

Replicas of classic automobiles are on offer . These are mainly the Porsche 911 as a Coupé and Targa . Next to Porsche 914 , VW Karmann Ghia Type 14 , Ferrari F355 and Puma called.
