The company was founded on August 15, 2001 in São Paulo . At first it was busy in the area of exhaust systems and tuning. In 2008 the production of automobiles was added. The brand name is German Racing .

The only model is a VW buggy . The look is similar to the Kadron Tropi from Kadron from the 1970s. The vehicles are powered by a turbocharged engine .
