Fontana was a Brazilian car brand.

Brand history

Romeu Fontana founded his company in São Paulo in 1984 to manufacture automobiles. The brand name was Fontana . It is not known when production ended, but from 1994 Fontana started working for other companies.

vehicles

The first model was an off-road racing car on a chassis from Volkswagen do Brasil and a structure made of tubes. The versions named Competição for racing and Passeio , possibly with street legal.

In addition, ten vehicles in the style of an off-road vehicle were built on the chassis of the VW Brasília with a two-door body made of fiberglass . The four angular headlights in the front of the vehicle were striking.
