Marcos Medeiros de Vasconcellos, who previously ran Tukano Tecnologia & Design , founded the company in 1993. He started with the production of automobiles. The brand name was RD . Production ended in the same decade.

The only Super model was a VW buggy . The open, doorless body was made of fiberglass . There was a roll-over device behind the front seats . Square headlights were integrated into the front of the vehicle. An air-cooled four - cylinder boxer engine in the rear drove the rear wheels.
