The company from Santo André started producing automobiles in 2006. The brand name was ABC . It is not known when production ended. The last saved version of the website with content is from 2009.

The only model was a replica of the AC Cobra . A tubular frame formed the basis. An open body made of fiberglass was mounted on top. A V8 engine from Ford powered vehicles. According to the manufacturer, the engine was 302 cubic inches , which corresponds to 4949 cc displacement . Manual gearshift or automatic transmission were available. The suspension came from the Chevrolet Opala .
