Sociedade Técnica de Veículos Ltda. was a Brazilian manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

Rigoberto Soler founded the company in São Paulo in 1966 . He took over a vehicle project from Brasinca and continued the production of automobiles. The brand name was Uirapuru . The plan was to produce 20 vehicles per month. Production ended in 1967 or 1968. A total of around 25 vehicles were built.

vehicles

The Coupé 4200 GT largely corresponded to the Brasinca 4200 GT . The base was a box frame. A six-cylinder engine from the Chevrolet Opala with a displacement of 4300 cm³ propelled the vehicles.

The vehicle was also available as a convertible . The market success with three vehicles remained low.

The RR-1 (also RR 1 ), later called Gavião , was developed for the Brazilian motorway police. Both a four-seater and a three-seater with space for a stretcher were planned. This model remained a prototype , according to one source .
