Py Motors Comércio e Indústria Ltda. was a Brazilian manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company was based in Nova Iguaçu . In 1986 the production of automobiles began with the acquisition of a project from Polystil . The brand name was Equus . It is not known when production ended. In total, only a few vehicles were built.

There was no connection to Industrial Veículos Vendetta Equus from Fortaleza , which used the same brand name from 1990 onwards.

The only model was a convertible . A tubular frame formed the basis. The body was made of glass fiber reinforced plastic . There was a choice of two different engines from Chevrolet with a displacement of 2500 cm³ and a displacement of 4100 cm³. A hard top was also available.
