Engeglass was a Brazilian manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The company from Rio de Janeiro manufactured automobiles in the mid-1990s . The brand name was Quênia . A government source knows vehicles built between 1994 and 1996.

The only Safari model was a multi-purpose vehicle with a resemblance to the Jeep and Gurgel models . A two-door fiberglass body was mounted on a chassis from Volkswagen do Brasil . At first it was an open vehicle with a roll-over device behind the front seats. A hardtop made of fiberglass was later available. There was a wrong radiator grille on the front of the vehicle . An air-cooled four - cylinder boxer engine in the rear drove the rear wheels.
