The company was founded in Fortaleza in 1984 . In 1990 the production of automobiles began. The brand name is Musari .

The only model is a VW buggy . An open body made of fiberglass , which offers space for four people, is mounted on a tubular frame . Behind the front seats is a wide roll bar that is connected to the frame of the windshield by a strut . An air-cooled four - cylinder boxer engine in the rear drives the rear wheels.

The facelift led to the introduction of two doors in 2012.
