MG Design Indústria e Comércio Ltda. was a Brazilian manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The São Paulo-based company began producing automobiles in 1990 and presented the first vehicle at an automobile exhibition in the same year. The brand name was MG Design . Production ended a little later. In total, only a few vehicles were built.

The only model was a replica of the Mercedes-Benz 350 SL of the 107 series . A six-cylinder engine from the Chevrolet Opala powered the vehicles. The body was made of fiberglass .
