Company history
Adilson Villa ran the São Paulo- based company . In December 1980, the production of automobiles and kit cars began . The brand name was Villa . Production ended in 1987. A total of over 100 vehicles were built.

The first model Villa GT was a sports car . The coupe was only 110 cm high. An uncut chassis from Volkswagen do Brasil formed the basis. A fiberglass body was mounted on top. The windshield came from the Chevrolet Chevette and the rear window from the VW Type 3 TL . An air-cooled four - cylinder boxer engine in the rear drove the rear wheels. The facelift meant that the initially only two-seater vehicle offered space for 2 + 2 people and had rear side windows.
In 1982 there was a prototype with a Targa roof .
In 1986, the Speed ME 1.7, a convertible with the engine from VW Brasília, was offered.
