Company history

The Rio de Janeiro company manufactured automobiles for a period of five or six years in the 1980s . The brand name was Rey . At least one vehicle from 1983 still exists.

A VW buggy was on offer . It was based on a chassis from Volkswagen do Brasil . The open, doorless fiberglass body offered space for four people. There was a roll-over device behind the front seats . The headlights were integrated into the front of the vehicle. An air-cooled four - cylinder boxer engine in the rear propelled the vehicles.
