Company history
The company was founded in São Paulo in 1979 . The first vehicle was presented at an automobile exhibition in 1981. The brand name was Ocellote . It is not known when production ended. Only a few vehicles were made.

The only model was a replica of a Jaguar E-Type as a convertible . A fiberglass body was mounted on a steel chassis . The vehicles were powered by a six-cylinder engine from the Chevrolet Opala with a displacement of 4000 cc and an output of 171 hp . The luxurious interior included air conditioning , leather seats and power windows .
A version as a station wagon coupé was also planned, but was obviously not carried out.
