Wake Motors is a Brazilian manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

Fabiano Isoppo, Marcos Celestino and Jonas Ziemer founded the company in Curitiba in 2009 . Isoppo is responsible for marketing, Celestino is an engineer and Ziemer designer . They started developing automobiles. In 2012 the first vehicle was presented at an automobile exhibition. The brand name is Wake . The plant has been located in São José dos Pinhais since 2014 . Around 40 to 50 vehicles are built per month. Another source names 40 vehicles per month. Another source names 15 vehicles per month for the period up to mid-2014, as well as plans to increase this number to 30 by August 2014 and to 50 by the end of 2015. Over 400 vehicles have been built so far. The vehicles are also exported.

The VW buggy Super Buggy is on offer . It is a further development of the Bugway model from Way Brasil with a revised chassis . The water cooler for the rear engine placed in the front of the vehicle is striking . The four-cylinder engine from Volkswagen do Brasil with a displacement of 1600 cm³ has an output of 105 hp . The curb weight is specified as 820 kg.

There were also plans to manufacture its 828 E model for Obvio .
