Ari ( Russian Ари ), bourgeois Ariclenes da Silva Ferreira ( Russian Арикленес Да Силва Феррейра Ariklenes da Silwa Ferreira ; born December 11, 1985 in Fortaleza ), is a Brazilian - Russian football player . The striker has been under contract with FK Krasnodar since August 2013 and has been a member of the Russian national team since November 2018 .

Career

In the club

Ari made his debut as a junior player at Fortaleza EC in his hometown in professional football. Before the Allsvenskan season in 2006, he moved to Kalmar FF in Sweden. In his debut season he was able to shine as a regular goalscorer and scored 15 goals in 23 games, making him the top scorer of the league. In March 2007 he even took part in the training of the Brazilian national team when they were in Sweden. As a result, he also made a name for himself internationally and was subsequently associated with European clubs, including Hamburger SV and VfB Stuttgart . Ultimately, after a year and a half, he left the club in the summer of 2007 for the Netherlands.

Aris became the new employer for a transfer fee of 41 million Swedish kronor, AZ, with whom the Brazilian signed a five-year contract. In his first season at the club he was largely able to meet expectations and was the club's top scorer with nine goals this season ahead of Mounir El Hamdaoui and Demy de Zeeuw . At the beginning of the 2008/09 season he was hardly used due to injury at the beginning of the season. As a result, Kalmar FF announced in November as the reigning Swedish champion interest in a return of the Brazilian to Sweden. It was at this point in time that he found his way back to his former strength and after his return to the field against Twente Enschede , when he scored two goals in the 3-0 win on November 9th, he scored six goals in five games and led his club temporarily to the top of the table. With a total of nine goals this season by the end of the season, he contributed to winning the Dutch championship title. In doing so, he aroused the interest of top foreign clubs and was associated with VfL Wolfsburg and Spartak Moscow . In January 2010 Ari moved to Spartak Moscow, where he played until 2013. This was followed by the change within the Russian Premjer League to FK Krasnodar . In February 2017, Ari returned to Lokomotiv Moscow as a result of the loan deal .

In the national team

In the summer of 2018, Ari took Russian citizenship. In November 2018 he was nominated for the first time for the Russian national team . On November 15, 2018, Ari made his debut in a 3-0 friendly defeat against Germany .
