.ge is the country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for Georgia . It was introduced on December 2, 1992 and is administered by Caucasus Online .

In order to register a .ge domain, a resident or branch office in the country is required. In total, a .ge domain can be between three and 63 characters long and contain only alphanumeric characters . Although the registry announced in the spring of 2011 that it had almost completely gone through the process for supporting internationalized domain names , the technology was not implemented until 2013. There is no current information about the IDN capability of .ge domains.
