.tn is the country code top-level domain (ccTLD) for Tunisia . It was introduced on May 17, 1991 and is administered by the Agence Tunisienne d'Internet , headquartered in Tunis .

The internationalized equivalent of .tn is تونس.( .tūnis ), however, most registrars still only support alphanumeric characters . A .tn domain can be between 2 and 63 characters long. For the assignment it is no longer necessary to prove a place of residence or a branch in the country, but one must register with a representative recognized by Tunisia and resident there.
