List of resistance fighters against National Socialism
This list includes those involved in the resistance against National Socialism , unless they were mainly involved in the assassination attempt of July 20, 1944 . Those involved in it and in the Kreisau Circle are listed in the list of people from July 20, 1944 . The members of the Rote Kapelle are in the list of persons of the "Rote Kapelle" . See also the list of people in the Saefkow-Jacob-Bästlein organization . Those involved in resistance organizations in Hamburg are listed under: people from the Bästlein-Jacob-Abshagen group , people from the Etter-Rose-Hampel group and people from the White Rose Hamburg .
As resistance fighters men and women are here in the German Reich and it occupied countries who risked their lives to overthrow the Nazi regime to denounce the crimes of the Second World War to prevent German attacks on other countries to interfere with or to people who were persecuted by the National Socialists to protect.
The name, year of birth and year of death are followed by the resistance group to which the person belonged or the note “lone fighter”.
