Attractions
- The church, originally built in Romanesque style , dedicated to Martin von Tours , was destroyed in 1569 in the turmoil of the Huguenot War. The current church was built in the 17th century.
- The Protestants formed a large minority since the 17th century. Nevertheless, their will was so great that they wrote a petition to the French king to preserve their independence. Not far from the local church is a simple and inconspicuous building that was built as a temple in the 18th century. However, the number of Protestants gradually decreased over time, so that the temple was abandoned. The graves at the Protestant cemetery date to the beginning of the 20th century, so that it can be seen that the Protestant denomination was practiced at least up to this time.
- The massive stone bridge over the Lausset was built in the 18th century. According to local tradition, the French Emperor Napoleon III. and his wife, the Empress Eugénie , take an involuntary break in Auraujuzon after a wheel of their carriage broke on this bridge.
