Larroque is located around 32 kilometers northeast of the city of Tarbes in the east of the Hautes-Pyrénées department. Larroque is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Ponsan-Soubiran in the north and northwest, Monlaur-Bernet in the north and northeast, Peyret-Saint-André in the east, Castelnau-Magnoac in the southeast, Barthe in the south, Puntous in the west and southwest and Guizerix in the west and Northwest. The Sole River runs through the municipality .
