Sarrouilles ( Occitan Sarrolhas ) is a French municipality with 529 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Hautes-Pyrénées in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (before 2016 Midi-Pyrenees ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Tarbes , to the canton of Moyen-Adour (until 2015 canton of Séméac ). The residents call themselves Sarrouillais .

Sarrouilles is located about five kilometers east of the city center of Tarbes in the historic province of Bigorre in the foothills of the Pyrenees . Sarrouilles is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Aureilhan in the north and northwest, Boulin in the northeast, Souyeaux in the east and northeast, Laslades in the east, Barbazan-Debat in the south and Séméac in the west.
