Campuzan is located around 30 kilometers northeast of the city of Tarbes in the east of the Hautes-Pyrénées department. Campuzan is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Puntous in the north and northeast, Hachan in the east and northeast, Betpouy in the east, Tournous-Devant in the south, Libaros in the southwest and Puydarrieux in the west.
