J. von Meziříčí bought back the goods in 1366 and slammed them to his rule Křižanov . At the time of Georg von Podebrads Jan von Pernstein received the dominions of Bystřice and Křižanov. At the end of the 15th century the Great Libochau Pond was created. In 1560 Zdenko Lhotský von Ptení bought the village and added it to the Moravec rule . There was an inheritance court in the village, which was sold to Jan Rychtář in 1600. In Libochov there was a manorial yard as well as a mill and a board saw. In 1845 a school building was built.

After the abolition of patrimonial Libochov formed a community in the Neustadtl district from 1850 . Since the end of the 19th century, the place has been called Dolní Libochová . 1950 Dolní Libochová was assigned to the Okres Bystřice nad Pernštejnem and at the beginning of 1961 to the Okres Žďár nad Sázavou . Between 1961 and 1992 Bojanov belonged as a district to Dolní Libochová, then the place was umgemeindet to Křižanov.
