Noua Villa was first mentioned in documents in 1397 in the course of a dispute over the church tithe between the Neustadtler pastor Damian and the monastery. In 1407 there were 26 properties in Nowa Wes , most of which belonged to the landlord of Neustadtl , Čeňek von Lipá. On April 24, 1417, there was a recession between Čeňek von Lipá and the Saar monastery at Tempelstein Castle , in which Čeňek von Lipá was guaranteed a lifelong right of ownership over Nowa Wes and the monastery ten rights. After Čeňek's death Nowa Wes fell to the monastery in 1449. In 1476 the Abbot Linhart inherited the jurisdiction to the Nartin family. After the dissolution of the monastery, Cardinal Franz Xaver von Dietrichstein bought the goods in 1616 . In 1638 Abbot Johann Greifenfels von Pilsenburg renewed the Saar monastery and bought Neudorf back. The place has had a seal since 1667. In 1674 the village consisted of 23 properties, one of which was desolate. At the beginning of the 18th century, the abbot Václav Vejmluva promoted the development of the village. In 1784 the monastery was dissolved and Neudorf was transferred to the religious fund, from which Wenzel Wratislaw von Mitrowitz bought the place. At that time, 278 people lived in the 36 houses in the village. In 1840 the place had grown to 53 houses and had 332 inhabitants.
