Sejřek (German Seiersch , also Seyrek ) is a municipality in the Czech Republic . It is located 15 kilometers southeast of Bystřice nad Pernštejnem and belongs to the Okres Žďár nad Sázavou .

geography

Sejřek is located on a plateau on the right side above the confluence of the Nedvědička in the Svratka in the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands . To the north rises the Stráž (585 m), beyond the Nedvědička valley lies the Pernštejn castle . In the north and east, the railway line from Tišnov to Bystřice nad Pernštejnem runs through the Svratka and Nedvědička valleys.

Neighboring towns are Pernštejn in the north, Nový Dvůr, Mansberk and Nedvědice in the north-east, Černvír , Křížovice and Běleč in the east, Doubravník and Maňová in the south-east, Rakové and Klokočí in the south, Olší and Moravecké Pavlovice in the west and Věžná in the south-west, Boržnice .

history

The first written mention of the village of Sejřek, which belonged to the Pernštejn domain , took place in 1350. Sejřek was the seat of a judge, who also included the villages of Jámy , Bor, Pernštejnské Jestřabí , Husle and Klokočí. In the 17th century, Střítež was also assigned to the Sejřek judge.

After the abolition of patrimonial formed Sejřky / Seyrek with the district Miner from 1850, a municipality in the district Brno . In 1897 she came to the Tišnov District . In 1947 the community was assigned to the Okres Bystřice nad Pernštejnem. In 1961 Bor was incorporated and the community came to Okres Žďár nad Sázavou . In 1976 Sejřek lost its independence and joined Nedvědice . The community has existed again since 1990.

Local division

The municipality Sejřek consists of the districts Bor ( Boor ) and Sejřek ( Seiersch ) as well as the settlements Mansberk ( Mannsberg ) and Nový Dvůr ( Neuhof ). Basic settlement units are Bor, Mansberk and Sejřek.

The municipality is divided into the cadastral districts Bor u Nedvědice and Sejřek.
