Mauritius Church
Mauritiuskirche , Moritzkirche or St. Mauritius are churches, chapels and monasteries that are under the patronage of St. Mauritius . His Protestant and Roman Catholic memorial day is September 22nd .
Mauritius
Saint Mauritius was a patron saint of the army, infantry, knife and weapon smiths and was invoked before fights, skirmishes and battles. He is also considered the patron saint of craftsmen who handle dark paint and horses.
