Lhor (until 1947 Lohr ) is a French commune with 134 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Moselle department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Sarrebourg-Château-Salins .

Lhor is located five kilometers south of Albestroff at an altitude between 218 and 249 m above sea level.

To the south is the Étang de Lhor ( Lohrweiher ).
