Réning (German Reiningen ) is a French commune with 133 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Moselle department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Sarrebourg-Château-Salins .

Réning is three kilometers north of Albestroff at an average altitude of 223 m. The municipality covers 3.95 km². The municipality is located in the Lorraine Regional Nature Park .
