Oessaare is a village ( Estonian küla ) on the largest Estonian island of Saaremaa . It belongs to the rural community Saaremaa (until 2017: rural community Valjala ) in the Saare district .

The village has 15 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2011). The center is northeast of the Baltic Sea bay of the same name ( Oessaare laht ), into which the Lõve River ( Lõve jõgi ) flows.
