Loode lighthouse

Türju is a village ( Estonian küla ) on the largest Estonian island of Saaremaa . It belongs to the rural community Saaremaa (until 2017: rural community Torgu ) in the Saare district .

The place on the west coast of the Sõrve peninsula has seven inhabitants (as of December 31, 2011).

The Loode lighthouse, built in 1955, is located in the area of ​​the village. The concrete structure measures 15 meters. It is 19 meters above sea level.
