Ruhve (German Rufa ) is a village ( Estonian küla ) on the largest Estonian island Saaremaa . It belongs to the Saaremaa rural community (until 2017: Laimjala rural community ) in the Saare district .

The place was first mentioned in the 16th century.

Today the village has nine inhabitants (as of December 31, 2011). It is located directly on the Baltic Sea and houses a small port.
