Liivaranna is a village ( Estonian küla ) on the largest Estonian island of Saaremaa . It belongs to the rural community Saaremaa (until 2017: rural community Mustjala ) in the Saare district . Until the reestablishment of the rural community Saaremaa, the place was called "Liiva" and was renamed to differentiate itself from Liiva , since both are now in the same rural community.

The village has fourteen inhabitants (as of December 31, 2011). It is located on the headland of the same name ( Liiva neem ).
