Võrsna (German Würtzen ) is a village ( Estonian küla ) on the largest Estonian island Saaremaa . It belongs to the rural community Saaremaa (until 2017: rural community Valjala ) in the Saare district .

The village has six inhabitants (as of December 31, 2011). It is located 23 kilometers northeast of the island's capital Kuressaare .

Personalities

Võrsna is the birthplace of the officer and politician Karl Johann Gustav von Ekesparre (1746–1806) and the writer Aleksander Antson (1899–1945).
