Kotlandi (German Gotland ) is a village ( Estonian küla ) on the largest Estonian island Saaremaa . It belongs to the rural municipality Saaremaa (until 2017: rural municipality Lääne-Saare ) in the Saare district .

The village has 63 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2016).
The place is located 23 kilometers southwest of the island's capital Kuressaare on the west coast of Saaremaa island. It was first mentioned in 1645.
The Northern War and the plague epidemics made the country completely deserted in the 18th century. The local estate was then built in the 18th century. The preserved mansion was built in 1844. It now serves as a hotel.
