Tagavere is a village ( Estonian küla ) in the rural municipality of Saaremaa (until 2017: rural municipality Orissaare ). It is located in the northeast of the largest Estonian island Saaremaa (German Ösel ).

The village has 126 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2011).

The Estonian politician Kalle Laanet (* 1965) comes from Tagavere . From 2005 to 2007 he was Minister of the Interior of the Republic of Estonia.
