Geographical location

Quirnbach is three kilometers south-east of Selters on the Kleiner Saynbach in the middle of a forest and meadow area.

Quirnbach was first mentioned in a document in 1462. The spelling of the name changed over the centuries from Quirenbach to Querenbach to Quirnbach .
