Coat of arms of Ransbach-Baumbach
Blazon : "Argent three red oblique beams, covered with a blue ceramic salt Pitcher, on a dark blue jumping deer on just such tendrils."
Reasons for the coat of arms: The three red diagonal bars on a silver background refer to the coat of arms of the Lords of Reif (f) enberg , Westerwald line without the blue, three-legged tournament collar , who were the landlords of Ransbach for centuries (1476–1745). The blue jug stands for the pottery trade (= jug-making trade) of the former communities of Ransbach and Baumbach and shows the "Ransbacher Hirschen" as a symbol of this trade, as it has been found on the Ransbacher jugs, jugs and pots from ancient times.
