The list of participants in the coalition negotiations between CDU / CSU and SPD 2018 lists the people who took part in the coalition negotiations between the Union parties and the SPD that took place after the 2017 federal election .

On January 28, 2018, negotiations began, which should lead to the formation of a grand coalition ( Merkel IV cabinet ). The mentioned activities as parliamentary state secretaries relate to the 18th legislative period of the German Bundestag
