In the middle of the 15th century, the lords of Pernstein and Leipa owned most of the shares in Nosislav. Wilhelm II von Pernstein granted the village the right of repatriation in 1476. In 1485 he bought most of Nosislav, including the fortress. In 1486 Nosislav was raised to a town by Matthias Corvinus and was granted coat of arms and market rights. In 1497 mining law was added. When Wilhelm von Pernstein's property was distributed to his sons, Nosislav was annexed to the Židlochovice rule in 1508 . In 1559 the town was also granted brewing rights. The Pernsteiners sold Nosislav in 1562 to Jan Ždánský von Zástřizl . He held the property until 1565, followed by the Lords of Zierotin . In 1565 a Protestant was appointed pastor in Nosislav and in 1571 a Protestant deanery was established. In 1583 the Hutterites moved from Židlochovice to Nosislav and built three houses next to the fortress. There is evidence of a school in Nosislav since 1585.
