The TRM 2000 is a French light truck (4 × 4) made by Renault Trucks . It is primarily intended for the transport of military loads, but there are also variants for other tasks.

history

Production of the Renault TRM 2000 began in 1981. 140 trucks were produced per month. Originally, the French army planned to procure a total of 12,000 vehicles, but this number was not reached due to budget cuts. The TRM 2000 was built in two versions that hardly differ externally. Both versions impress with their excellent off-road properties.
