The Renault Type AT was an early racing car model from Renault . It was only available with a light, two-seater structure.
description
The national licensing authority granted its approval on April 8, 1909. The vehicle was a derivative of the Renault Type AI in the light version Type AI (d) . The predecessor was the Renault Type AQ . There was no successor.
A water-cooled four - cylinder engine with a 130 mm bore and 140 mm stroke produced 45 hp from a displacement of 7433 cm³ . The engine power was sent to the rear axle via a cardan shaft . The top speed was specified as 79 to 114 km / h, depending on the gear ratio.
The chassis weighed 1100 kg.
