The Renault Type EJ was an early passenger car model from Renault . It was also called 20 CV .

description

The model was a modification of the Renault Type DX and had no predecessor. In the same year production ended without a successor.

The water-cooled four - cylinder engine with a 95 mm bore and 160 mm stroke had a displacement of 4536 cm³ . The engine power was sent to the rear axle via a cardan shaft . The maximum speed was specified as 85 km / h, depending on the gear ratio.

With a wheelbase of 330 cm, the vehicle was 450 cm long and 175 cm wide. The vehicle weighed 1600 kg. Torpedo and roadster have been handed down.

The Renault Type EI was designed similarly, but longer.
